The beds and the pillows are the best of any hotel I have stayed in. Great service and they really take care oif you. When I stay in the Biloxi area I only stay at the Grand Hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. the room was nice but we were unable to maintain a comfortable tempature in the room, either hot or too cold. The hotel features stated that the room would have a coffee pot....... it didn't. when our room was cleaned the housekeeper put sheets on the bed with holes and the room was not vaccumed. And the tv was terrible... very very few channels and poor reception. We probably wouldn't stay again since we spent our 3rd night in a much nicer facility for the same price. we never saw security except the car in the parking deck.
