Nice hotel with very comfortable bed but lots of noise in the halls and many jets flying through the night. Would definitely ask for a room on a floor where there is not a lot of people. In addition, trying to park was terrible. They have valet service but you pay a lot for that and wouldn't necessarily trust others in my car going up and down that steep hill. Will look at other hotels in the future when I visit the area.

.Doubletree Tallahassee was a very nice experience,first time there and in Tallahassee. I felt quite safe there, traveling by myself. Parking garage was a bit of challenge! pretty tight quarters. Staff was courteous,friendly, and I enjoyed dinner in their restaurant. I will be traveling there often and will most likely stay there again.

Overall, fantastic location and great staff are the major selling points of this property. Besides that, this property needs to start renovating. The property is a little worn down and needs to some money to go back into it. Overall, considering all that, it is still the best property in Tallahassee to catch a Florida State Football game. Imagine going to Gainesville... what a dump...

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Easy parking. Business center open 24 hours. That was a plus. The room was fine, except it was freezing and you could not control the temperature. Also, the air conditioner made noise. I had to keep banging it to make it stop rattling. Easy to walk from the hotel to bars, restaurants, etc. Crafts market in front of hotel on Saturdays from 10 to 2 was nice.

We felt that the poor reviews we read prior to our stay were unfounded. Registration was outstanding with the desk manager taking us up to an unoccupied room so that he could point out the bike trail to us and then he took us outside the lobby to point us to a restaurant that we requested directions to. They were very accomodating with our bikes, locking them for us in a storage room by the front desk and getting them for us as we wanted to use them. The attached parking ramp is very convenient. We had no complaints about cleanliness and housekeeping. Any staff we came upon were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to answer questions or "chat". We would definitely stay there again.
